摘　　要：现阶段在建筑屋面的施工中对于正置式屋面排汽的处理传统的做法是在屋面中央设置众多的竖向排汽管,严重影响了屋面的美观和整体实用性.屋面暗埋排汽管技术通过在御景龙湾的工程实践应用,创新了传统屋面排汽管的方法,摒弃了在传统屋面中设置的众多竖向排汽管,结合工程实践简化了施工工艺,提高了屋面的实用性,减少了屋面防水层渗漏隐患,总结出一套屋面暗埋排汽管施工的新方法,适合于现阶段建筑施工中整体现浇的混凝土结构屋面.At this stage of the roof construction for roof exhaust handing,most of the traditional approaches are to set the vertical exhaust pipes in the middle of the roof.The approaches make a serious impact on the beauty and practicability of the roof.By the engineering practice of Yujinglongwan,the paper makes a research and application of the roof exhaust pipe buried vent construction technology.The traditional roof exhaust pipe dark buried method is innovated in combination with engineering practice,simplifying the construction process,improving the practicability of roofing and reducing the trouble of membrane leakage.It is concluded that a set of new methods of exhaust roof construction are suitable for casting in place concrete structure upright roof.
