摘 要:针对飞机桨叶与防除冰装置的胶接强度开展研究。设计1套能用于测量拉伸剪切力和180°剥离力的测量装置,参照国家标准采用牌号为EA9309和J-200-1A的胶黏剂制备,刚性胶接材料为2A12铝合金,挠性材料为双向碳纤维布的试验试件,最后利用该装置对试验试件胶接强度进行测量试验。结果表明:上述胶黏剂的拉伸剪切强度分别为14.5 MPa和7.7 MPa,180°剥离强度分别为4.58kN/m和4.61kN/m。The research of the joint strength of adhesives between the wing of aircraft and posed.
