农村小城镇居民体育生活方式调查分析——以环巢湖周边小城镇为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,从社会学角度对巢湖周边小城镇居民参与体育活动的频数和时间、体育组织化程度、体育消费、体育活动场所和项目以及影响体育生活方式的因素进行调查研究,提出了职能部门应该加强对经济发达地区小城镇体育健身意识的引导,积极构建群众性体育健身和休闲多元化服务体系,不断完善城镇体育场馆设施,丰富体育活动内容,最终实现健身全民化。Using the method of documentary and questionnaire investigation, from the perspective of sociology, sports consump-tion level of frequency and time, sports organization, sports activities and projects as well as the influencing factors of sports lifestyle the small town residents around Chaohu Lake participating in are investigated and studied. Based on those, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of small town residents sports lifestyle. It is suggested that the functional departments should continue to strengthen the awareness of sports fitness in the economically developed areas, and actively construct mass sports fitness and leisure diversified service system ; we will continue to improve the facilities of urban stadiums and stadiums, enrich the content of sports activities, and finally realize the universal fitness of fitness.
