摘 要:京杭运河高邮城区段西侧为高邮湖,东则为高邮市城区,高邮湖是座"悬湖",京杭运河是条"悬河",防洪形势严峻,京杭运河高邮城区段东侧运河大堤的稳定性关系到高邮市及里下河地区的安全。采用Geo-Studio软件和FLAC^(3D)有限差分软件,运用极限平衡法和数值分析法,通过应力场与渗流场的耦合分析,研究东侧运河大堤在洪水期的天然工况、基本地震动地震工况的稳定性,有其重要的防灾减灾意义,以期对地震灾害的预防和后果控制有所借鉴。分析结果表明,天然工况下,大堤是安全的;地震工况下,大堤是不安全的,建议后期加固时,采取必要的工程措施。Gaoyou section of Beijing Hangzhou canal is located on the east side of Gaoyoulake,tothe East is Gaoyou city. Gaoyou lake is a "perched lake", the Beijing Hangzhou Canal is a “perched River”, flood situation is grim, The stability of the Eastern canal levee in the Gaoyou is related to the safety of the Gaoyou city and Lixiahe region. By using Geo-Studio software and FLAC3D finite difference software, the limit equilibrium method and numerical analysis method are used, Through the coupling analysis of stress field and seepage field , research the Eastern canal levee during flood period , The stability of natural condition ,basic ground motion condition. It has important significance to the prevention of disaster prevention and mitigation, and the consequences of the earthquake disaster control reference.The analysis results show that under the natural condition, the levee is safe, under the earthquake condition, the levee is not safe. The author suggests that the necessary engineering measures should be taken in the later period of reinforcement.
