稽留流产患者滋养细胞中FoxO3a转录因子的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨稽留流产滋养细胞中叉头框转录因子3a(FoxO3a)的表达及其与凋亡的关系.方法:选取30例经B超及HCG动态监测证实为稽留流产病例的绒毛组织作为研究组,另选取30例因非意愿妊娠行人工流产的正常妊娠病例的绒毛组织作为对照组.免疫组织化学法检测两组绒毛组织标本中FoxO3a及Caspase-3的表达并采用图像分析技术对其阳性表达进行半定量分析.结果:FoxO3a的表达位于滋养细胞胞质或胞核,Caspase-3的表达位于绒毛滋养细胞胞质;与正常妊娠组相比,稽留流产组滋养细胞中的FoxO3a表达降低和Caspase-3表达增多;组内FoxO3a及Caspase-3的表达有线性相关(P<0.05).结论:稽留流产滋养细胞中FoxO3a表达降低可能与细胞过度凋亡有关.Aim: To investigate the correlation between the expression of FoxO3 a and apoptosis in the trophoblastic layer of missed abortion. Methods: Expressions of FoxO3 a and Caspase-3 were detected in villi of 30 tissue samples from missed abortion patients by using streptavidin-peroxidase of immunohistochemistry. Another 30 cases from normal early pregnant women were served as a control group. Results: The expression level of FoxO3 a in the trophoblastic layer of missed abortion group was lower than that in the normal early pregnant group. The expression of Caspase-3 in trophoblastic layer of normal early pregnant group was lower than that of the missed abortion group. There was a significant correlation between the expression of FoxO3 a and Caspase-3 within each group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: This result suggested that FoxO3 a might be involved in the development of missed abortion.
