健身私人教练职业道德能力影响因素调查与研究——以福州市健身俱乐部为例

摘　　要：道德是一种特殊的社会意识形态,它通过社会舆论、传统习俗和人们的内心信念来维系,是对人们的行为进行善恶评价的心理意识、原则规范和行为活动的总和。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对福州的具有代表性的健身俱乐部健身私人教练的职业道德能力及私人健身教练在从业中与他们的职业道德能力相关因素的进行调查与分析研究,明确健身俱乐部健身私人教练的管理、培训、发展等情况,为体育院校尤其是体育高职院校的在教育教学、学生的培养与发展提出意见和建议。Morality is a kind of special social ideology,through public opinion,traditional customs and beliefs to sustain the people,and it is the sum of the evaluation of good and evil of people's behavior psychological consciousness,norms and principles of activities. The author carry out investigation and analysis through literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics on the occupation moral ability of Fuzhou representative fitness club private fitness coach and personal trainers in practice with their occupation moral ability about related factors,and to make clear the management,training and development of fitness clubs,and put forward opinions and suggestions for the teaching,training and development of physical education institutions,especially the sports higher vocational colleges.
