摘 要:对透水混凝土物理力学性能进行试验研究,采用胶结料、不同级配粗骨料、矿物掺合料和外加剂等原材料,利用体积法进行理论计算,通过原材料优化设计、水泥浆握裹法制备工艺、正交试验分析,探究空隙率、透水系数、力学性能与透水混凝土孔结构的相关性,得出抗压强度较高、空隙率适宜、透水系数较大的环保型路面透水混凝土.In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of pervious concrete are studied by experiments:Cementing material,coarse aggregate with different gradations,mineral admixtures,additives and other raw materials are adopted; Volumemetric method is applied to do theoretic calculation; By optimization of the raw material,preparation technology of cement slurry grip pack and orthogonal experiment analysis,the voidage,permeability coefficient as well as the correlation between the mechanical properties and the pore structure of pervious concrete are illustrated. Based on the experiments,a kind of environmental pervious concrete with high compressive strength,moderate voidage and high permeability coefficient is obtained.
