摘 要:目的通过比较3种静脉采血方法的应用效果,探讨静脉采血的最佳方法。方法将600例门诊体检中心受检者随机分为A、B、C 3个组,A组采用传统止血带静脉采血,B组采用传统止血带采血见回血后松解止血带,C组不扎止血带使用红外静脉可视仪采血。结果 A、B和C组之间一次性穿刺成功率、淤血发生率及疼痛程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组的一次性穿刺成功率最高、淤血发生率最低、疼痛程度最轻。3组之间溶血发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无止血带下使用红外静脉可视仪静脉采血能提高穿刺成功率,提高标本质量,减轻患者痛苦,提倡推广使用。Objective To compare 3 methods of venous blood collection,and to investigate the optimal method of venous blood collection. MethodsA total of 600 outpatients were enrolled and randomly classified into 3 groups, Group A,B and C. Group A used traditional tourniquet for venous blood collection. For Group B,using traditional tourniquet,when seeing blood back,tourniquet was undone. Group C did not wear a tourniquet,and used infrared vein visual instrument. Results One-time puncture rate in venous blood collection,the incidence of skin congestion and pain index had statistical significance among the 3 groups(P〈0.05). Group C had the highest one-time puncture rate and the lowest incidence of skin congestion and pain index. Hemolysis rates had no statistical significance among the 3 groups(P&gt;0.05).Conclusions No tourniquet venous blood collection using infrared vein visual instrument can improve the success rate of puncture,improve specimen quality and relieve pain.
