高职院校构建大学生自我管理体系的探索与实践——以湖北生态工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为了充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,引导大学生进行自我管理、自我服务、自我教育,通过建立学生自我管理组织,配套建立内部运行机制,结合学校各相关部门建立外部引导与监督机制,构建了学生自我管理体系。实践表明:学生自我管理体系的建立及有效运行,让学生由主要依赖"他律"转为"自律",提高了学生的综合能力,增强了学生就业竞争力,同时显著降低了学校的管理成本。In order to motivate students＇ enthusiasm and initiative in the management, service and education for them- selves,a students＂ self--management system is suggested to be constructed through the students＂ self-management organization, a supporting operation system within the organization and an external guiding and supervisory system of colleges＇ relevant departments. The effective operation of the students＂ self-management, by changing students＂ dependency on ＂heteronomy＂to ＂self-discipline＂, can not only promote students＇ comprehensive ability and employment competitiveness, but greatly reduce colleges＂ management cost.
