摘 要:四川某石英脉型金矿,由矿物嵌布特性研究结果看出金的粒度微细,解离粒度在2~40μm之间,大部分以极微细粒或吸附状态赋存于脉石矿物中,采用重选和浮选都难以有效回收。通过搅拌-氰化浸出可获得90%以上的浸出率。由于搅拌浸出需要预先将矿石磨细,选矿成本高。为了降低选矿成本,对现有的工艺流程进行改造,采用柱浸工艺处理该矿,在氰化钠用量为600 g/t,破碎粒度为25 mm的条件下浸出10 d,浸出率达90%。One quartz vein type gold deposit in Sichuan, the particle size of gold is fine from the research results of ore embedded properties, the liberating size is among 2 ~ 40 micron, most of them reserves in gangue mineral in microscopic fine particle status, or in ad- sorption status, it is hard to recycle effectively by gravity separation and flotation. The leaching efficiency more than 90% can be reached through agitation - cyanide leaching. The beneficiation cost is high due to the ore shall be ground finely before agitation and leaching. Therefore, the current process flow is improved in order to reduce the beneficiation cost, column leaching process is adopted to treat the ore, leaching for ten days under the conditions that the sodium cyanide dosage is 600g/t, the crushing size is 25ram, the leaching efficiency can reach to 90%.
