摘　　要：根据下游制品应用的性能要求,重点分析硅铝锆三元包膜钛白粉如何从设计到生产的过程,以及产品达到应用性能要求所具有的特征。同时,用试验数据比较目前国外钛白粉在涂料中应用情况,分析结果表明:目前生产的硅铝锆三元包膜钛白粉可以替代进口的高性能金红石型钛白粉。The design and production process for chloride - route titanium oxide coated with silicon, aluminum and zirconium, as well as the products features proper for the application and performance requirements is analyzed in focus combining with the application performance requirements of the downstream products. Meanwhile, the test data is compared with the application situation of titanium dioxide in coasting overseas, the analysis results show ： The current production of chloride - route titanium oxide coated with silicon, aluminum and zirconium can fully replace the imported mtile titanium dioxide with high performance.
