摘 要:针对12.7 mm机枪射击稳定性低的问题,提出一种利用胶泥吸收能量来减小枪口跳动的缓冲装置;鉴于枪管在受到炮膛合力这个后坐力的作用时会整体向后后坐,采用胶泥缓冲装置对炮膛合力抵消,缓冲掉一部分能量,从而减小后坐力,减小翻转力矩,提高稳定性;基于内弹道理论、机枪后坐动力学,以ADAMS、Matlab软件为平台,对改进后的机枪进行仿真,枪口跳动的最大位移下降了12%,射击稳定性得到明显提高。Using clay absorb energy to reduce the buffer device of muzzle beating which aiming at the problem that 12. 7 mm gun of low firing stability,given by the barrel bore resultantforce function of recoil when overall backward recoil,using the mortar buffering device for bore resultantforce offset buffer out part of the energy to reduce the recoil force,reduce the recoil force,overturning moment decrease and improve the stability; The simulation of the improved machine guns that based on interior ballistics theory,and machine gun recoil dynamics which using ADAMS and Matlab as software platform. The shooting stability was improved because the maximum displacement of muzzle jump has been down 12%.
