摘 要:分析了侧向环形聚能装药(ASC)的结构特性和药罩压垮机理,借助有限元仿真软件LS-DYNA模拟了不同起爆点数量下环形射流的成型过程,发现了不同截面环形射流的形态特征及速度分布特征。试验对比了两点与四点起爆时ASC的侵彻能力,试验现象与数值模拟吻合较好。四点起爆条件下ASC能完全切透2 cm厚上层钢板,两点起爆时上靶穿透率为48.1%。研究结果为ASC结构设计与实际应用提供参考。In order to study the effects of detonation points number on annular shaped charge( ASC)penetration ability,the structure characteristics of ASC and liners collapsing mechanism were analyzed theoretically. The process of annular jet formation under different detonation points number were simulated with the aid of finite element simulation software LS-DYNA. The shape characteristics and the velocity distribution characteristics of annular jet were discovered in different section. The penetration ability under2 and 4 detonation points were compared by experimentation and appearance showed in good agreement with numerical simulation. ASC can fully cut upper 2 cm steel target under 4 detonation points,compared to 2 detonation points which turned to be a 48. 1% penetration rate. Results provide a reference for the design and practical application of ASC.
