摘 要:对新型绿色高性能ADN基推力器关键组件进行测试,介绍了ADN推进剂和材料之间的相容性,验证了催化剂在测试程序条件下的运行状态,阐述了点火结束后催化剂的活性以及推力器的状态。搭建了地面真空点火测试系统,按照程序的要求,考察了ADN基单组元推进剂及其在1N级ADN基发动机中的长稳态和脉冲点火性能,为后续推力器的设计和制造提供参考。The key components thruster is investigated based on a new green high performance ADN-based thruster. The test of key components is carried out. The compatibility between ADN propellant and material is introduced. The state of the catalyst is verified under the test procedure. The activity of catalyst and the state of thruster after ignition are expounded. After then,a ground vacuum ignition test system is built. According to the requirements of the program,the long steady state and pulse ignition performance of ADN-based propellant and its performance are investigated. This provides a reference for the design and manufacture of subsequent thrusters.
