医学论文“收集患者”相关问题调查与分析  

Problem investigation and analysis related to “collecting patients” in medical papers

摘　　要：抽取2017年出版的100种医学期刊的100篇论文,每篇论文中至少1个句子同时出现"收集""患者"。100篇论文中,45篇(45.0%)含有"收集患者"的表达错误,含有同时出现"收集""患者"的句子172个,其中表达错误61个(35.5%)。核心期刊与非核心期刊错误个数、差错率差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.365,P=0.715;χ~2=0.400,P=0.527);摘要与正文差错率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.576,P=0.448)。分析出现"收集患者"的错误情况,并结合案例总结正确的表达方式。One hundred papers from 100 medical journals published in 2017 were sampled. Each paper involved＂collecting＂and＂patients＂together in at least one sentence. Error related to＂collecting patients＂appears in 45（ 45. 0%） of the 100 papers.There are 172 sentences which includes ＂ collecting ＂ and＂patients＂ together,and error related to ＂collecting patients＂appears in 61（ 35. 5%）. No statistical differences are found in number of errors（ Z =-0. 365,P = 0. 715） and error rate（ χ^2=0. 400,P = 0. 527） between core and non-core journals. There is no statistical difference in error rate between abstracts and texts（ χ^2= 0. 576,P = 0. 448）. The problems on ＂collecting patients＂are analyzed,and the right expressions are summarized from typical cases.
