摘 要:给出智能移动病床系统框架结构和设计思想、方法,以自动化、网络化、无线化和智能化为目标,以顶层设计为指导,以可穿戴设计、柔性结构设计为圭臬,以模块化方法为主线进行研发。重点研究智能移动病床系统主控板实验模块,探讨模块软硬件功能实现和性能保障途径与方法,尤其探讨嵌入式多传感器控制、系统性能设计和人机工程学设计与制造实现思路,强调了病床安全性等六性相关标准要求及其实现方法,引入系统健康管理思想和方法,给系统的可行性和商业化打下基础。The frame structure and design idea and method of intelligent mobile bed were given in this paper. We take the automation, network, wireless and intelligent as the goal, the top-level design as guidance, the wearable design and flexible structure design as the standard, and the modular approach as the main line, to implement the research and development. The main control panel experiment module of intelligent mobile sickbed system was research focus The function and realization of module software and hardware, and the way and method of performance guarantee were discussed. Especially, the implementation method of embedded multi sensor control, system performance design, ergonomics design and manufacturing were put forward., The safety and the six standards of sickbed were emphasized. Finally, the idea and method of system health management were introduced. All these lay a solid physical foundation for the feasibility and commercialization of the system.
