摘　　要：牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhoea virus,BVDV)是一个影响养牛业经济发展的重要病原,它能够引发牛病毒性腹泻病(Bovine viral diarrhoea,BVD)。BVD是急性和繁殖障碍型传染病,使牛发生病毒性腹泻、发热、黏膜溃疡和白细胞数量减少等症状。文章重点对病毒的分型、E2蛋白结构功能、临床感染类型和防控措施等进行了综述,为该病的深入研究提供参考。Bovine viral diarrhoea virus （BVDV）was an important pathogen causing bovine viral diarrhoea （BVD）,which affected the economic development of cattle industry. BVD was an acute and reproductive disorder infectious disease that causing symptoms such as viral diarrhea,fever,mueosal,ulceration,and decreasing white blood cells. Summary about BVDV was described systematically, includingvirus typing,E2 protein structure and function,the types of clinical infection,prevention and control measures,which could provide reference for the further research of the disease.
