“直过民族”地区农业发展现状、问题及对策——以全国唯一德昂族乡三台山为例

摘　　要："直过民族"地区社会经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,是我国全面建成小康社会的重要组成。以全国唯一德昂族乡三台山为案例,以微观的视角探索了"直过民族"地区农业发展现状,指出当前"直过民族"地区劳动力人口过于集中在第一产业,农业生产投资力不足,农业生产化肥使用过量,农户市场意识浅薄,这一系列因素阻碍了"直过民族"地区农业健康有序发展。通过对这一系列问题的分析,得出努力发展第二、三产业,优化劳动力资源配置,加大农业生产的资金扶持力度,发展特色农业等策略,已成为推进"直过民族"地区社会经济发展的关键着力点。The economic development and the improvement of people＇s living standards of ＂the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups＂ area was an important part on building moderately prosperous society in China. Taking Santaishan as one case, the present agricultural development situation of ＂the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups＇area was explored from a micro perspective. Its workforce was concentrated in the first industry,investment in agricultural production was insufficient, agricultural production of fer- tilizers was overused, farmers had a shallow sense of market,which hindered the development of agriculture .Through the analysis of these series of problems, strategies were proposed such as efforts to develop the second and third industry ,optimize the allocation of labor resources,increase funding support for agricultural production, develope characteristic agriculture, which were the key points of promoting social and economic development oF＇the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups＂area.
