摘　　要：文中从船舶交易中常见的第三人主张标的物权利、标的物存在他物权、标的物法定交付方式及船舶优先权对受让人权利的影响四个方面了进行分析,以指引、提醒、警示船舶交易双方依法进行买卖,促进财产流转,避免交易风险,同时也期望对船舶登记人员以有益的启示。The paper analyzes the influence on the property rights of transferees in ship transactions from four aspects, including a third party claiming rights, jus in re aliena, the legal forms of delivery and the influence of maritime lien, aiming at providing guidance, warning and alert for both parties to conduct the transactions in accordance with the law, promoting property flow, avoiding risks, and providing reference for the ship registration staff.
