摘　　要：目的 :观察降纤酶治疗突发性感音神经性耳聋 (突聋 )的疗效。方法 :81例突聋病人分为降纤酶组 4 6例 ,予降纤酶 1支 (5BU)加 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0mL ,稀释后静脉滴注 ,qd。对照组为右旋糖酐 4 0组 35例 ,予右旋糖酐 4 0 ,5 0 0mL静脉滴注 qd。疗程均为 7d。 2组病人同时静脉滴注能量合剂 ,观察病人听力恢复情况。结果 :降纤酶组总有效率为 83% (38/46 ) ,右旋糖酐 4 0组为 6 3% (2 2 /35 ) ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :降纤酶治疗突聋安全、有效 。AIM: To observe the effect of defibrase in treating sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL). METHODS: Eighty-one patients with SSHL were randomly divided into two groups: defibrase group of forty-six patients was treated with defibrase 5 BU in 250 mL of 10 % glucose, iv, gtt, qd, for 7 d. Dextran-40 group (as control group) of thirty-five patients was treated with dextran-40, 500 mL, iv, gtt, qd, for 7 d. The two groups were received the conventional therapy (ATP 20 mg and Co-A 100 U in 10 % glucose 250 mL). RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate was 83 %(38/46) in defibrase group and that was 63 %(22/35) in dextran-40 group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Defibrase is safe and effective for the treatment of SSHL.
