摘 要:控制棒驱动机构是反应堆控制和保护系统的伺服机构,它是反应堆本体中唯一的动设备,其安全性和可靠性直接影响到反应堆的安全与运行,特别是在事故工况下,控制棒驱动机构必须能够完成快速落棒,实现安全停堆。本文根据"华龙一号"核反应堆控制棒驱动机构的设计要求,结合以往工程与科研经验,对决定控制棒驱动机构安全性和可靠性的关键零件"钩爪和连杆"的制造工艺进行了设计研究,根据研究结果确定了最佳的工艺参数,并按照该工艺进行了样件试制,最后,利用控制棒驱动机构整机对样件进行了热态寿命考核。结果表明,采用本文确定的最佳工艺参数制造出的钩爪和连杆零件具备较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性,经历1500万步热态寿命试验后,仍有一定运行余量,可充分满足第三代压水型反应堆控制棒驱动机构在安全性和可靠性方面的设计要求。The control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) is the servo mechanism and the only actuator in the reactor body. The safety and reliability of CRDM directly affect the safety and operation of the reactor, especially in the case of accidents. The manufacturing process of key parts that determine the safety and reliability is designed and studied based on the HPR1000 CRDM design requirements combined with previous engineering and research experience. According to the research results, the optimum process parameters are determined, and prototype production is carried out according to the process parameters. Finally, the thermal life test of the sample is carried out by using CRDM. The results show that the parts produced by the optimum technological parameters determined in this paper have higher hardness and good wear resistance. After 15 million-step thermal life test, there is still a certain operating margin, which can fully meet the requirements of the safety and reliability of the control rod drive mechanism of the third generation pressurized water reactor.
