摘　　要：目的探讨早期肠内营养对上消化道肿瘤切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法使用Meta分析的方法对相关文献进行综合性分析，将患者恶心、呕吐情况、肠鸣音恢复时间、第一次排气时间进行综合性分析。结果相比于肠外营养，早期肠内营养能缩短肠鸣音恢复时间及第一次排气时间，更有利于胃肠功能的恢复，但同时增加恶心、呕吐发生率。结论早期肠内营养更有利于促进胃肠功能的恢复，该方法在临床上值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients after upper gastrointestinal tumor resection. Methods Meta-analysis of the relevant literature to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the time of bowel sounds recovery and the first exhaust,and the occurrence rate of vomit. Results Compared with parenteral nutrition, early enteral nutrition is more conducive to shorten the bowel sounds recovery time and the first exhaust time. It＇s more beneficial to enhance gastrointestinal function. But it also increased vomiting rate. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition is more conducive to improve the gastrointestinal function of upper gastrointestinal tumor patients after surgery, the method is worthy of promotion in clinical.
