摘  要:目的探讨NGAL和CysC对脓毒症相关急性肾损伤的早期诊断学意义。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月江苏省海安县人民医院收治的88例脓毒症相关急性肾损伤患者作为研究组,88例仅患脓毒症患者作为对照组。检测并比较两组患者2、48h胱抑素、血和尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运转蛋白等。结果研究组患者入院后2、48h时胱抑素、血和尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运转蛋白均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);入院后7d时胱抑素、血和尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运转蛋白与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论胱抑素、血和尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运转蛋白与脓毒症相关急性肾损伤的产生和发展具有一定的关系,可通过检验诊断脓毒症相关急性肾损伤情况。Objective To discuss the NGAL and Cys C in sepsis related acute kidney injury early diagnosis significanceMethods We selected 88 cases of sepsis related acute kidney injury as the experimental group,88 cases of patients with sepsis as the control group,patients were selected from March 2016 to March 2017 during the two groups. The patients were carried out blood and urine cystatin, neutrophil gelatinase associated protein lipid inspection operation, apply for inspection results of the two groups. Results In 2 hours and 48 hours,the experimental group's test of blood and urine cystatin,neutrophil gelatinase associated protein lipid operation results were higher than the control group and the test results. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). On the 7 day,the experimental group and the blood cystatin and urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated lipid functioning protein content compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The theory has a certain relationship,cystatin,blood and urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated lipid transport protein associated with sepsis acute kidney injury and development,can pass the test in the diagnosis of sepsis related acute kidney injury.
