摘　　要："阳有余阴不足"是朱丹溪提出的中医著名论断,长期以来,没有得到现代医学解读。在整合医学思想的指导下,将现代医学的结论与中医的阴阳概念进行整合,我们提出了人体存在血容量增加环、减少环这一概念,在这一基础上,尝试了对"阳有余阴不足"论的科学解读。＂Yang excess and Yin deficiency＂ is a celebrated Chinese medicine thesis which was put forward by Zhu Danxi. For a long time, it has not been totally interpreted in modern medicine. Under the guidance of holistic integrative medicine, we integrated the modern medicine＇s conclusions and the concept of Yin and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine, proposed the existence of human blood volume increase circle and decrease circle in living body, and tried to make a scientific interpretation on the theory of ＂Yang excess and Yin deficiency＂.
