摘 要:试验制备了不同密度等级的页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土,并对其抗压强度、吸水率、抗冻性、干燥收缩、保温性能进行了研究,测试了模拟泡沫混凝土墙体的热工性能,并使用螺旋CT技术和扫描电子显微镜研究了页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土气孔分布情况,分析了保温机理。结果表明,随着泡沫加入量的增多,泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度和导热系数逐渐降低,而吸水率不断增大。当泡沫体积为23%时,制备的陶粒泡沫混凝土28 d抗压强度可达到11.7 MPa,干燥收缩较小,且具有较好的抗冻性;模拟泡沫混凝土墙体具有良好的热工性能,具有较小的传热系数和较大的质量热容阻。螺旋CT技术和扫描电子显微镜发现页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土含有大量的气孔,这些气孔与页岩陶粒内部的气孔共同作用,大幅度降低了混凝土导热系数,从而具有优良的保温性能。Based on the physical foaming, it prepared ceramisite foam concrete with different levels of density, and also researched their properties such as compressive strength, water absorption, frost resistance, drying shrinkage and thermal insulation pertbrmance, then test- ed the thermal insulation performance of the simulative foam concrete wall.In addition,it investigated the stomataldistribution of the ce- ramisite foam concrete by spiral CT technology and scanning electron microscopetest method, and analysed the thermal insulation mecha- nism.Our results demonstrated that the dry density and compressive strength of the than1 concrete decreased gradually, but the water ab- sorption increased gradually with the increasing of the incorporation of foam.The ceramisite foam concrete had high strength (the 28 d compressive strength 11.7 MPa), less shrinkage, high frost resistance and well thermal insulation performance, when the foam volume was 23%.The simulative foam concrete wallhad good thermal performance, and had a smaller coefficient of heat transfer and a greater thermal resistance.The spiral CT technology and scanning electron microscope found that the foam concrete contained a large number of pores.The interaction of these pores and shale internal pores greatly reduced the thermal conductivity of concrete, so that the concrete had excellent insulation properties.
