摘 要:研究了再生骨料经渗透结晶材料处理后力学性能增强的作用机理。通过力学性能指标的测试和电镜扫描的观察和对比,结果表明:宏观方面,经过渗透结晶材料处理的再生骨料,其孔隙率、吸水率明显下降,压碎指标有所降低,总体力学性能指标远高于普通再生骨料,且比较接近于天然骨料。微观方面,采用扫描电镜(SEM),对强化后再生骨料、天然骨料以及未经处理再生骨料进行研究,可见到使用渗透结晶材料处理后的再生骨料表面大部分裂缝被填充,且明显发现骨料结构组织呈现密实状态,结论是:再生骨料性能大幅度提升的原因,是渗透结晶材料溶液在再生骨料表面覆盖的砂浆层实施了有效的渗透,骨料自身裂缝被填充,结构变得更加密实,因此提高了再生骨料的力学性能;同时渗透结晶作用不限于最初的结晶过程,有进一步发展的趋势。从而揭示了渗透结晶材料能够增强再生骨料力学性能的作用机理。The mechanism of the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate treated by osmotic crystalline material was studied.Through the observation and comparison test and scanning electron microscopy,mechanical performance index.The results show that the macroscopic aspect, after penetration of recycled aggregate material processing crystallization,the porosity,water absorption rate decreased, crushing index decreased,the overall mechanical performance is much higher than that of ordinary recycled,and is close to the natural aggregate.The micro aspect ,using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) ,on aggregate,recycled after reinforcement of natural aggregate and untreated recycled aggregate research, can see the use of recycled aggregate surface treatment material permeability after crystallization most cracks are filled, and obviously found that the aggregate structure is dense, the conclusion is the reason to greatly enhance the performance of regeneration aggregate, penetration of crystalline material solution effectively by the penetration in the mortar layer covering the surface of the recycled aggregate,the aggregate cracks are filled,the structure becomes more compact,thus improving the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate.At the same time,osmotic crystallization is not limited to the initial crystallization process, the trend of further development.So as to reveal the mechanism of the effect of permeable crystalline materials on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate.
