摘 要:以L-天冬氨酸为原料通过热缩聚反应制得不同相对分子质量的聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),将PSI与氨基磺酸按照不同摩尔比进行接枝,水解后制备出磺化聚天冬氨酸减水剂(SPAsp)。探讨了PSI相对分子质量、摩尔比和减水剂掺入量对水泥净浆流动性的影响,研究了聚天冬氨酸减水剂(PAsp)和SPAsp对混凝土的坍落度、抗折强度以及水泥水化物颗粒表面zeta电位的影响;采用FT-IR对所制备的减水剂进行了表征。结果表明:在PSI相对分子质量为56 398,摩尔比为0.75∶1时制备的SPAsp综合性能最好,当其掺量为1.2%时,水泥净浆流动度达到249 mm,与PAsp相比提高了52.17%,120 min后混凝土坍落度经时损失率为4.3%;摩尔比为0.5∶1时制备的SPAsp,其掺量为1.2%时,混凝土28 d的抗折强度最大,为5.514 MPa;SPAsp的加入提高了水泥水化物颗粒表面zeta电位电负性绝对值,表明磺酸基的引入能够增加水泥水化物颗粒间的静电斥力。Ulfonated poly (adpartic acid) (SPAsp) were prepared by grafting copolymerization with adding the different mole ratio of amino sulfonic acid and poly( succinimide )(PSI ) synthesized by thermal polycondensation with L-aspartic acid as raw materials.The influ- ence of relative molecular mass of PSI, mole ratio and adding quantity on the fluidity of cement grout was discussed.The influence of poly (adpartic acid )(PAsp ) and SPAsp on the slump of concrete, the flexural strength and zeta potential from surface of the cement hydrates particle also was discussed.The prepared water reducer was characterized by FT-IR.The results showed that when relative molecule mass of PSI is 56 398, the mole ratio of amino sulfonic acid and PSI is 0.75:1, the adding amount of water reducer is 1.2%, SPAsp would exhibit good performance.The original fluidity of cement grout of SPAsp can reach 249 lima increased by 52.17% more than that of PAsp and the loss rate of slump is 4.3% at 120 min,The flexural strength of concrete is 5.514 MPa at 28 d when the mole ratio of amino sulfonic acid and PSI is 0,5:1,Zeta potential electronegativity absolute value from surface of the cement hydrates particle of adding SPAsp was increased which showed that added sulfonic gloup could improve electrostatic repulsion between the cement hydrates particle.
