摘  要:室内静压成型建筑废弃物透水混凝土基层材料圆柱体试件,通过控制变量试验研究其透水性能、强度发展规律及强度随各因素变化的规律。试验结果表明,渗透系数随有效孔隙率的增大而增大;强度初期增长幅度较大,后期较小,7 d强度为28 d强度的80%以上;强度随水灰比的增大先增大后减小,随水泥用量的增大而增大;最佳水灰比宜取0.60,最佳水泥用量宜取220 kg/m3。采用建筑废弃物再生集料制备的透水混凝土基层透水性能和强度均满足规范要求。Laboratory static pressure molding cylinder specimen of permeable concrete base material using construction waste, through the control variable test, the water permeability, strength development rule and the law of strength change with each factor were studied. The experimental results show that the permeability coefficient increases with the increase of effective porosity.The initial growth rate of strength is larger,the latter is smaller,and the strength of 7 d is more than 80% of 28 d intensity.The strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio, and increases with the increase of cement consumption.The optimum water cement ratio should be 0.60, and the best cement dosage should be 220 kg/m3.permeable concrete base made from recycled aggregate of construction waste can satisfy the requirement of water permeability and strength.
