摘  要:斜井盾构法施工时,由于盾构主机重心靠前和下坡掘进等原因,会引起盾构机栽头现象,不利于盾构机的姿态控制。为了预防栽头发生,找出其发生机理,基于盾构机自身结构与地层状况,建立斜井盾构机重力分布模型与地基反力模型,分析盾构机重力分布与地层沉降的关系。研究发现,斜井隧道"头重脚轻"的重力分布会引起地层不均匀的沉降,这是栽头发生的主因。实例证明,新街矿区煤矿斜井盾构机掘进时存在栽头风险,需采取预防措施。During tunnel boring construction in inclined shaft, since the gravity center of the shield nears the front and downhill advancing, the head felling of the shield occurs, which is harmful for posture control of the shield. To prevent the head felling and find out its occurrence mechanism, the paper established the shield gravity distribution model and the foundation counter-force model based on the structure of the shield and the stratum state, and then analyzed the relationship between the shield gravity distribution and the stratum sedimentation. The study showed the top-heavy and foot-light gravity distribution of the inclined shaft caused uneven sedimentation of the stratum, which was the main cause of the head felling. Example showed there was the hidden risk of head felling during tunnel boring construction in Xinjie Colliery, thus precautions were needed.
