摘 要:随着国家化工产业的飞速发展和环境要求的日益提高,化工园区和企业逐步呈现大型化和集群化,危险化学品物流行业也随之发展起来,给化工园区和企业带来了方便的同时,危险化学品物流企业本身也增加了新的风险。本文在危险化学品物流企业风险分析的基础上,运用定量风险计算方法对企业内布局方案进行对比,最终得出合理的布局方案。从风险角度分析原始储罐失效后对临近罐区的影响,计算出损失半径,最终将风险转换成损失衡量,最终建立数学坐标曲线,通过不同曲线间的对比分析得出最合理的布局方案。With the rapid development of chemical industry and the increasing of environment requirement, chemical parks and plants become larger and closer. There are also rapid growth in the industry of hazard material logistics, which brings convenience to chemical parks and plants, but also brings new risks. In this paper, two layout projects was compared by using quantitative risk assessment methods to find the sound project based on the risk analysis of hazard chemical logistic plants. Effect of original storage tank failure on adjacent tanks was analyzed from the aspect of risk, damage radius was calculated. Finally, the risk was expressed by loss and mathematical curves were established, and then the most reasonable project was identified by comparing the curves.
