摘  要:介绍了一种辐射环境传输用非金属耐辐射光缆的研制。对非金属耐辐射光缆中耐辐射光纤、耐辐射紧包光纤以及整体光缆的结构设计思路与选材原则进行了详细的剖析。通过相关工艺控制,使该光缆具有较好的耐辐射性能、外径小、重量轻、柔软性好、抗拉强度大、可反复收放等优点。该光缆的成功研制填补了我国在辐射环境用非金属耐辐射光缆产品方面的空白。The development of a non-metallic radiation resistant optical cable used for transmission in radiation environment is introduced. The structure design idea and the principle of material choice of the radiation resistant optical fiber, radiation resistant tight bufferred optical fiber, and the overall cable are analysed in detail. Through relative process controls, the cable has advantages including radiation resistance, small outer diameter, light weight, good flexibility, good tensile resistance and can be taken up and paid off repeatedly. The successful development of the cable fills the gap in the non-metallic radiation resistant optical cable product used in radiation environment of our country.
