摘  要:研究了多模多频的射频前端接收机中的滤波器的设计。为使滤波器具备多模式、多功能等特点,减小尺寸、降低功耗,克服电调谐不方便、线性度低的问题,提出了一种基于跨导运算放大器(OTA)的多模多频可重构滤波器的设计方法,该方法通过设置合适的开关阵列,使同一个电路拓扑实现不同的工作模式,且每种工作模式都可实现多种滤波功能。该方法设计的滤波器电路结构简单,易于集成,硬件复用率高,且实验证明功能多样,线性度高,适合应用到单片集成的多模多频接收机中。The design of the filters in multi-mode multi-frequency RF front-end receivers is studied. To make the filters have various work modes and functions to reduce their size and power consumption, and overcome the inconvenience of electrical tuning and the low linearity to enlarge their applying scope, a method for design of multi-mode multi frequency reconfigurable filters based on operational trans-conductance amplifier (OTA) is proposed. It can realize different operating modes in one filter topology by setting the suitable switch array, and different functions can be performed by selecting suitable output terminal. Moreover, the designed filters have the advantages of high linearity and easiness for integration. The filter designed using this method has the simple circuit and the higher hardware reuse rate, and is easy to integrate, and the experiment proved its versatility and higher linearity, so it is suitable to monlithic integrated multi-mode multi-frequency receivers.
