摘 要:目的探讨硫辛酸对老年2型糖尿病早期肾病患者尿微量白蛋白及氧化应激的影响。方法收集我院2015年12月~2016年12月入院的60例老年2型糖尿病早期肾病患者,对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者加用硫辛酸静滴,比较两组患者治疗前后糖代谢、脂代谢、肾功能与氧化应激水平。结果实验组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、尿微量白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、MDA、8-iso-PGF2α水平组间比较低于对照组,HDLC、SOD水平高于对照组,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸对老年2型糖尿病早期肾病尿微量白蛋白及氧化应激的影响效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the lipoic acid on the elderly with type 2 diabetes early nephropathy and the oxidative stress. Methods Sixty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with early renal disease admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were collected. The control group received conventional conservative treatment,the experimental group was treated with lipoic acid. The two groups of patients before and after treatment of Sugar metabolism,lipid metabolism,renal function and oxidative stress levels were compared. Results After treatment,patients in the experimental group between TC,TG,LDL-C,urinary microalbuminuria,urinary microalbuminuria/urine creatinine,MDA and 8-iso-PGF2α levels of group lower than in the control group,HDL-C,SOD levels were higher,there was a significant difference( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid on elderly with type 2 diabetes early nephropathy urinarymicroalbuminuria and oxidative stress is significantly,which is worthy of clinical application.
