Clonorchiasis Complicated with Diffuse Parenchymal Lung Disease in Children

摘　　要：To the Editor： Clonorchiasis is a biliary tract disease caused by Clonorchis sinensis, which is widely distributed in East Asia, including China. Diffuse parenchymal lung diseases （DPLDs） comprise a large and heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by diffuse infiltrates, restrictive functional defect, and disordered gas exchange. C. sinensis infection is seldom associated with pulmonary manifestation.
