阴陵泉穴在《针灸大成》中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》为明代杨继洲在《卫生针灸玄机秘要》基础上博采诸家,补辑重编而成。书中有关阴陵泉穴的条文共计55处,包括其定位归经、穴性特点、刺法灸法以及临床应用,其临床应用涉及积聚、腹痛腹胀、心脾胃病、伤寒、霍乱、阴疝小便及手足腰腋病等多个病症。本文具体分析《针灸大成》中有关阴陵泉穴的临床应用,为针灸临床提供科学理论依据,推动现代针灸学的发展。The Zhenjiu Dacheng is on the basis of Weisheng Xuanji Miyao, learning widely from others＇ strong points and supplement renumbered by Yang Jizhou, an acupuncture authority in Ming Dynasty. There are total 55 items in Zhenjiu Dacheng about Yinlingquan（SP9）, including the orientation and tropism, property, manipulation methods and clinical application, and the clinical application relates to the accumulation, abdominal pain, heart and spleen stomach disease, typhoid, cholera, yin hernia and urine disease,limb disease and so on. So analyzing the clinical application about Yinlingquan（SP9） in Zhenjiu Dacheng is helpful to provide reliable theoretical basis for modern acupuncture and moxibustion, and to promote the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.
