摘  要:目的探讨和研究中药(配用西药)治疗"湿重于热型"肝炎中重用茯苓、苍术、虎杖方的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分组,除应用基础护肝药外(黄疸明显的同时加用茵栀黄或苦黄注射液),治疗组30例加用"重用茯苓、苍术、虎杖方"中药治疗;对照组A 30例加用"非重用茯苓、苍术、虎杖的方剂"中药治疗,对照组B 30例则不加用中药。观察3组疗效进行对比。结果治疗组在症状改善、黄疸消退、抗病毒等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重用茯苓、苍术、虎杖方治疗"湿重于热型"肝炎疗效确切,优于常规治疗用药。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription by reusing of Poria Cocos, tractylodes Rhizome and Polygonum Cuspidatum integrating with Western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis with syndrome dampness exceeding heat. Methods Ninety cases of hepatitis syndrome dampness exceeding heat patients were randomly divided into experiment group of 30 cases, control group A of 30 cases, and control group B of 30 cases, who all took some conventional medicines to treat their liver disease(the patients with obvious jaundice would be treated with Yinzhihuang or Kuhuang injection).The experiment group was treated with taking a large amount of Poria, Atractylodes Rhizome and Polygonum Cuspidatum. The control group A applied normal traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The control group B was not treated with any Chinese medicine. The curative effects of the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in symptom improvement( P 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Poria cocos, Atractylodes rhizome and Polygonum Cuspidatum in the treatment of hepatitis with syndrome dampness exceeding heat is better than that of routine treatment.
