摘　　要：目的观察杨氏3A+疗法"足五针"治疗跖骨综合征临床疗效。方法把52例跖管综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例,其中治疗组用杨氏3A+疗法"足五针"治疗,对照组用传统针灸治疗配合推拿按摩,治疗2个疗程后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.77%,对照组总有效率为61.53%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用杨氏3A+之"足五针"治疗跖骨综合征临床效果明显,优于传统针灸治疗配合常规的推拿按摩,值得在临床中大力推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zuwuzhen＂ for tarsal tunnel syndrome. Methods 52 patients with tarsal tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group of 26 cases and control group of 26 cases. The patients in treatment group were treated with Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zuwuzhen＂ , and the patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy. The clinical effect after 2 courses was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.77%, the total effective of the control group was 61.53%, and the total effective of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinic effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zuwuzhen＂ for tarsal tunnel syndrome is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
