摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对山香圆叶药材的指纹图谱进行分析。方法色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液,进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长200~400 nm。结果建立了山香圆叶药材高效液相指纹图谱,并得到了10个共有峰,相似度在0.85~0.98。结论此方法稳定可靠,重复性良好,可为山香圆叶药材质量控制提供参考。Objectives To analyze the chromatographic fingerprints of Turpinia arguta Seen by HPLC. Methods Separation was performed on an Eclipse XDB-C18( 250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 um) column with acetonitrilel-0.5% H3PO4 water as mobile phase using gradient elution. The UV detection wavelength was at 200-400 nm. Results 10 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Turpinia arguta Seen under the above chromatographic conditions and the similarity between 0.85 ~0.98. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method is found to have satisfactory accuracy, stability and reproducibility, and offers a reference for the quality control of Turpinia arguta Seen.
