健步消肿止痛油定性鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的建立健步消肿止痛油的薄层定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中薄荷脑、丁香油等药材。结果薄荷脑、丁香油的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰。结论该实验方法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,耐用性良好,结果准确可靠,可用于控制健步消肿止痛油的质量。Objective To establish a TLC qualitative identification method of Jianbu Xiaozhong Zhitong oil. Mehtods TLC method was used to distinguish menthol and clove oil. Results The spots of menthol and clove oil were clear, good separating degree, negative without interference. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, reproducible, durable and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Jianbu Xiaozhong Zhitong oil.
