高原慢性咳嗽的中医辨证诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高原慢性咳嗽的中医辨证分型及疗效。方法统计门诊及住院的高原慢性咳嗽患者120例,男性76例,女性44例,年龄18~65岁,平均年龄(37.25±10.03)岁。采用中医辨证分型进行个体化治疗。结果 120例高原慢性咳嗽患者,治疗时间7~15 d,平均8.5 d,治愈75例,显效23例,有效18例,无效4例,有效率96.6%。结论高原慢性咳嗽辨证分型要充分考虑高原自然环境气候特点,风寒袭肺(17.5%)、风寒夹瘀(15.0%)、风燥伤肺(14.1%)、肺阴亏虚(14.1%)、肺气虚寒(10.0%)发病率较高,通过中医辨证治疗可以取得良好疗效。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chin ese medicine in the Treatment of Plateau chronic cough. Methods There were 76 outpatients and inpatients with plateau chronic cough, male of 76 cases, female of 44 cases, the ages were 18 to 65 years with the mean age（ 37.25 ±10.03） years. The individualized treatment was performed by TCM syndrome differentiation.Results The treatment time was 7-15 d with an average of 8.5 d. 75 cases were cured, 23 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 96.6 %. Conclusion For plateau chronic cough, we must give full consideration to the plateau climate characteristics, the natural environment cold attack（ 17.5 %）, lung（ 15.0%）, the wind cold clip stasis dry lung injury（ 14.1%）, lung yin deficiency（ 14.1%）, lung deficiency cold high incidence（ 10.0%）, and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment can achieve good curative effect.
