摘　　要：中医治疗脱发以补虚为主,目前尚无统一的辨证分型,多从肝肾论治。王珂认为脱发与肝肾不足、血虚、湿浊密切相关,应注重益肾养血泄浊法的应用。制何首乌是治疗脱发的主药,但近年有关其肝毒性的报道影响了其在临床中的应用。王珂认为制何首乌的毒性可能与炮制不当和种植有关,应以野生品为佳;同时指出其行医50余年,并未发现毒性反应病例,且其肝毒性是可逆的,可通过监测肝功能避免,切不可因此而弃之不用。The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lipsotrichia in is to supplement the deficiency, there is no uniform syndrome differentiation at present, and mostly treatments are from the standpoint of liver and kidney. Wang Ke thought that lipsotrichia is closely related to the deficiency of liver and kidney, blood deficiency and damp pathogen. The application of tonifying kidney and nourishing blood dispelling turbidity method should be emphasized. Polygonum multiflorum thunb is the main drug to treat lipsotrichia. But recent reports of liver toxicity about it have influenced its clinical application. Wang Ke thought that the toxicity of polygonum multiflorum thunb is related to the improper processing of the cooking and planting, wild goods should be preferred. At the same time, he noted that he has been practicing medicine for more than 50 years and has not found a case of toxicity. And its liver toxicity is reversible, which can be avoided by monitoring liver function, and it must not be abandoned.
