泻心实脾汤治疗复发性口疮40例

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟泻心实脾汤治疗复发性口疮临床疗效。方法将120例复发性口疮患者随机分3组,治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组各40例,观察患者的症状变化。结果中药对复发性口疮的疗效显著,总有效率达92.5%;中药组更能明显改善临床症状。结论治疗组治疗复发性口疮有良好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Xiexin Shipi decoction in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group, Chinese medicine control group and Western medicine control group, with 40 cases in each group. The changes of symptoms were observed. Results The curative effect of Chinese medicine on recurrent aphthous ulcer was remarkable, and the total effective rate was 92.5 %. The Chinese medicine group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms. Conclusion The treatment group has good clinical effect in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
