大承气汤对痔疮术后便秘的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大承气汤加减对痔疮术后便秘的临床疗效。方法将2015年3月—2017年2月76例痔疮术后便秘患者作为研究对象,根据方法分组,各38例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,大承气汤加减组在对照组基础上进行大承气汤加减治疗。比较2组痔疮术后便秘治疗总有效率;每天排便次数恢复正常时间、便质恢复正常时间、出院时间;干预前后患者肛门疼痛评分、生活质量评分。结果大承气汤加减组痔疮术后便秘治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;大承气汤加减组每天排便次数恢复正常时间、便质恢复正常时间、出院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;干预前2组肛门疼痛评分、生活质量评分相近,P>0.05;干预后大承气汤加减组肛门疼痛评分、生活质量评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论大承气汤加减对痔疮术后便秘的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者排便情况,缩短便秘时间,加速患者康复出院,缩短疗程,减轻患者不良情绪和肛门疼痛,促进术后生活质量的改善。Objective To investigate the clinical effec t of modified Dachengqi decoction on constipation after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods 76 patients with constipation after hemorrhoid surgery from March 2015 to February 2017 were divided into two groups according to the method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The Dachengqi decoction group was treated with modified Dachengqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of constipation after hemorrhoids operation, the number of bowel movements returned to normal time every day, the quality of normal time returned to normal, the time of recovery and discharge, the anal pain score and quality of life score before and after the intervention was compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the Dachengqi decoction group was higher than that of the control group P〈0.05. The daily defecation time and recovery time of bowel recovery time and discharge time of the Dachengqi decoction group was shorter than that of the control group P〈0.05. Before the intervention, the anal pain score and quality of life score of the two groups was similar P〈0.05. After the intervention, the anal pain score and quality of life score of the two groups was better than that of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The modified Dachengqi decoction on constipation after hemorrhoid surgery has effective clinical curative effect, and it can effectively improve the defecation of patients, shorten the time of constipation, accelerate the rehabilitation and discharge of patients, shorten the course of treatment, reduce the patients＇ bad mood and anal pain, and promote the improvement of postoperative quality of life.
