中西医结合治疗慢性心衰急性发作期的分析

摘　　要：目的分析并研究中西医结合治疗慢性心衰急性发作期的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择2016年1月—2016年12月收治的80例慢性心衰患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。2组患者均接受西医常规抗心衰治疗,研究组患者加用加味五茯散。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者的NT-proBNP下降水平显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床治疗中,采用中西医结合的方式进行慢性心衰急性发作期患者的治疗,具有显著的疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute onset of chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the study subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional anti-heart failure in Western medicine. The study group was also given modified Wufu powder. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. The level of NT-pro BNP degradation of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In clinical treatment, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute onset of chronic heart failure has remarkable curative effect, and it is worth promoting in the application.
