摘　　要：目的分析肺部韦格纳(Wegener)肉芽肿的CT征象。方法 12例肺部Wegener肉芽肿患者行病理检测,确诊后行CT检查,总结规律。结果 12例患者的病变均为多发性病灶,病灶内都有空洞形成,其中4例出现胸膜下楔形的改变,10例出现磨玻璃样的改变现象,4例出现支气管扩张的症状。结论 CT对肺部Wegener肉芽肿具有重要的诊断意义。Objective To analyze the CT signs of pulmonary Wegener granulomatosis. Methods 12 cases of pulmonary Wegener granulomatosis were examined by pathology, and CT examination was performed after diagnosis. Their law was summarized. Results The lesions of 12 patients were multiple lesions, and there were cavities in the lesions, including 4 cases of pleural wedge changes, 10 cases of glass like changes, and 4 cases of bronchiectasis symptoms. Conclusion CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary Wegener granuloma.
