优质护理服务在泌尿外科腹腔镜围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在泌尿外科腹腔镜围手术期护理的应用效果。方法 200例泌尿外科接受腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用传统常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用优质护理服务,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组术中口渴、饥饿发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=13.09、16.50,P<0.05),研究组术后白细胞、中性粒细胞计数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=14.66、33.03,P<0.05)。两组术后首次进食时间、首次饮水时间、术后住院时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者围手术期护理后,可以促进患者术后的康复,缩短住院时间,值得应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of high quality nursing service in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic surgery in urology department. Methods A total of 200 patients with laparoscopic surgery in urology department were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received traditional conventional nursing, and the research group received high quality nursing service on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results The research group had lower incidence of intraoperative thirst and hunger than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（χ~2=13.09, 16.50, P〈0.05）. The research group had lower postoperative leukocyte, neutrophil count than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（t=14.66, 33.03, P〈0.05）. Both groups had statistically significant difference in postoperative first eating time, first drinking time, postoperative hospitalization time（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing service in perioperative nursing of urology department can promote the postoperative rehabilitation, shorten the hospitalization time. It is worthy of application.
