摘 要:厦门市仙岳路主线桥L8联钢箱梁具有曲线形、节段多、路况复杂等特点,详细介绍顶推施工方案比选及多点单向、两次顶推钢箱梁的施工方法,通过对50 m悬臂时主梁腹板承载力验算提出了调整措施以确保局部稳定,运用ANSYS有限元软件分析墩顶滑移支点及与滑道梁接触处的受力状况。采用安装千斤顶和实时监测等方式解决钢梁和滑道脱空的技术难题,为钢箱梁顶推施工提供有力技术支持,保证了工程的顺利进行。The main bridge L8 steel box girder in Xiamen Xianyue Road has the characteristics of curved shape, multisegment, complex road conditions. The comparison of incremental launching scheme and the construction schemes of steel box girder about multiple points, single orientation, pushing twice were introduced in detail. The bearing capacity of girder web of 50 m cantilever was calculated, and the adjustment measures for ensuring the local stability were proposed. It analyzed the forces on piers top slipping points and the contact of slide beam by ANSYS finite element software. The jacks and real-time monitor were used to deal with the void between steel girder and slipway. These approaches could provide technical supports for the construction of steel box girders, and ensure that the progression of projects runing smoothly.
