钛合金弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钛合金弹性髓内钉(TEN)治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 80例儿童四肢长骨干骨折患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,研究组采用钛合金弹性髓内钉内固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组骨折愈合率95.0%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组优良率90.0%明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、住院时间及恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用钛合金弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折是一种理想的内固定方式,临床效果确切,恢复快,值得推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of titanium elastic nail （TEN） in the treatment of long bone fracture of limbs in children. Methods A total of 80 children with long bone fracture of limbs were divided by random number table method into control group and research group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction plate for internal fixation, and the research group was treated with titanium elastic nail for internal fixation. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The research group had obviously higher fracture healing rate as 95.0% than 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously higher excellent rate as 90.0% than 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously shorter operation time, hospitalization time and recovery time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Titanium elastic nail fixation is an ideal internal fixation for the treatment of long bone fracture in children, and the clinical effect is exact, the recovery is fast. It is worthy of popularization and application.
