围手术期护理干预对老年人工髋关节置换术患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年人髋关节置换手术围手术期护理干预的临床效果。方法按护理方式将我院2015年1月至2017年5月期间收住院的89例老年人工髋关节置换手术患者分成两组,A组44例,B组45例。A组围手术期用常规护理模式,B组用护理干预模式。观察两组并发症发生情况、切口愈合情况、早期下床活动时间,比较住院时间、疼痛持续时间等指标。结果 A组并发症发生率20.45%明显高于B组的2.22%,早期下床活动时间、住院时间明显大于B组,P<0.01。结论对老年人工髋关节置换手术患者围手术期进行护理干预,可减少并发症的发生,促进切口的良好愈合,缩短住院日,有利于下肢体功能康复。Objectives To study the clinical effect of perioperative period nursing intervention on hip replacement in the elderly people. Methods according to the nursing mode,our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017,89 cases of elderly patients undergo- ing hip replacement surgery were divided into A and B two groups, A group 44 cases, group B 45 cases. A group was treated with rou- tine nursing mode during perioperative period, and B group was treated with nursing intervention mode. The complications of two groups, the healing of incision, the time of ambulation and the length of hospital stay and the duration of pain were observed. Results The complication rate of group A was 20.45% ,higher than that of group B,2. 22% ,the healing of incision,the time of early am- bulation and the length of hospitalization were significantly higher than that of group B,P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with hip replacement can reduce complications, promote good healing of the incision, shorten hospital stay and facilitate rehabilitation of lower limb function.
