停伐背景下黑龙江森工林区多种经营产业发展策略研究

摘　　要：多种经营产业是国有林区有效应对全面停伐、加快推进林区接续替代产业发展与经济转型进程的重要选择和总体趋势。文章以黑龙江森工林区为例,分别从产业规模、产业结构、生产效益等3个方面系统阐述了多种经营产业发展的基本现状;运用SWOT方法深入探讨了近年来多种经营产业发展中存在的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁;结合林区现状,提出了促进黑龙江森工林区多种经营产业发展的针对性策略,同时也为东北、内蒙古重点国有林区落实、加快转型经济发展提供参考。Diversity Business Industry（DBI）is an important choice and general tendency for the state-owned forest regions,of which dealing with full-stop-logging,accelerating the continuous industry development and the process of economic transformation. Taking Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region as an example,firstly it described DBI’s current situation from the aspects of industry scale,industry structure and productivity effect.Secondly,it analyzed DBI’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats with SWOT model.Thirdly,it put forward some specific strategies to promote DBI development in consideration of the forest region situation. And the strategies can also provide the inspiration for Northeast and Inner Mongolia state-owned forest regions to practice and accelerate economic transformation.
